With clients winning awards at both the Pensions Age awards and the Pay & Benefits awards earlier in the year, the team at Benefex have been continuing their winning streak in style – scooping an impressive three awards at the Employee Benefits awards 2014.
Following on from the success of previous years, three Benefex clients took home awards at the Employee Benefits awards in June. And now Benefex and their clients have been nominated again; this time at the Workplace Savings and Benefits awards in September.
Oliver Bence, Head of Strategic Solutions at Benefex, understands the importance of winning awards, “being recognised publicly by experts in our industry is a great endorsement and gives a real boost to the company and more importantly its staff.”
With seven nominations, the team attended the Employee Benefits Awards and Summer Party in style, hosting two VIP tables for clients. And the night was a great success. First up, Marks and Spencer scooped the coveted ‘Best Flexible Benefits Plan’ for their scheme ‘Choices and Perks’.
This was followed by an impressive 2 out of 2 awards in the ‘Best benefits Communications’ categories. Including a win from E.ON who took home ‘Best Benefits Communications – Large Employer’ for their ‘My Choice - You're in the Driving Seat’ scheme, which featured impressive interactive communications and successfully engaged E.ON employees.
These successes follow on from previous years, including 2012 when Benefex client Mondelez took home 3 awards. Plus last year’s awards when Benefex won ‘Best Benefits Communications – Small Employer’, for their very own Marvellous benefits scheme.
Next on the agenda are the Workplace Savings and Benefits Awards, where Benefex is nominated for four awards including ‘Benefits Technology Provider of the Year’.
