When you pass through the doors of Olympia National on Monday 21st and Tuesday 22nd September, you’ll be joined by more than 2,000 of your HR peers. Once you’ve picked up your registration badge and free goodie bag, you’ll step into the grand exhibition hall where you will meet over 100 industry leading suppliers.

But what else can you expect at the two-day event?

Insight from industry experts
The free conference streams cover six topics including engagement, benefits, reward and financial wellbeing. The lively speaker list gives attendees the opportunity to keep up-to-date on all the latest issues, hear best practice success stories and learn how to attract and retain top talent.

A chance to network with peers
EB Live provides many chances to network with peers, including at the refreshment stands dotted around the venue, where you can grab a cup of tea or coffee and a biscuit. Here you can spend time catching up with fellow attendees, discussing solutions and sharing ideas.

An endless supply of information and research at your fingertips

Everything reward, benefit and employee engagement related is under one roof, so you can view product demonstrations, pick up information, reports, case studies, pricing and first-hand references there and then. With so many industry leading suppliers in attendance, it’s the best place to get your questions answered.

Great lunch locations
You’ll find eateries in and around the venue, including Pizza Express, which is conveniently located within Olympia. However, our personal favourites are slightly further afield, so grab your colleagues, or invite someone to catch up over lunch at one of the following places:

  • Hare & Tortoise, 373 Kensington High Street, W14 8QZ
A five minute walk from Olympia, and worth every step for delicious Japanese food. Get there early to avoid the lunchtime rush.

  • Hand & Flower, 1 Hammersmith Road, W14 8XJ
Perfectly positioned opposite Olympia is a wonderful traditional Victorian pub with food served all day.

  • The Blue Corner, 79-81 Hammersmith Road, W14 8UZ
Fancy something a bit lighter? Then head to this family run café offering a cosy and calm atmosphere, fresh sandwiches and salads.

Competitions and free gifts
You’re bound to come away with a few new additions for your desk! Pop by the Benefex stand (504, right by the entrance) to pick up a bag of sweets and a chance to win £100 worth of Virgin Experience Days vouchers.

It's not too late to register for your ticket. Follow all the action from the event on Twitter by following @Benefex_UK and using #EBLive
