Twice a year we host exclusive events for all our clients at fantastic locations across London. This year the Summer Forum is being held at The Roof Gardens in Kensington, with talks from experts across the industry, including:

Matt Macri-Waller
Founder & CEO, Benefex

Over 12 years ago Matt founded Benefex and since then the company has grown in size, won numerous awards and increased the services on offer. With his in-depth knowledge and experience, Matt is a frequent commentator within the employee benefits market and his voice is recognised and well respected. He is very hands on, open to change and driven by making software and service engaging, exciting and fun to use.

At each Forum Matt delivers a company update to keep our clients informed of the latest changes at Benefex.

Andrew Woolnough
Value Proposition Director, Willis Employee Benefits

Andrew's the Value Proposition Director at Willis Employee Benefits, who recently announced their exciting new partnership with Benefex. He’s responsible for harnessing and exploiting Willis’ huge length and breadth of risk and insurance expertise, to develop a truly innovative and tailored human capital and benefits solution.

Andrew is joining us at the Forum to discuss how a new world approach is required as changes in staff demographics and working patterns have turned employee risk into a hot potato, with wellbeing and engagement being key ‘toppings’.

Ali Lanning
Head of Customer Experience and Propositions, Benefex

Ali and her team are responsible for creating and developing the direction of RewardHub and all Benefex’s software. Her forte is creating and developing customer experience strategies, through which she provides direction and support to every area of the business.

Ali is a resident speaker at our Forums and various other events, including Employee Benefits Connect. This time round she will be delivering exciting product news to our clients, right after a tea break that includes freshly baked cookies – a tough act to follow.

Mutaz Qubbaj
CEO and Co-founder, Squirrel

Mutaz is CEO and Co-founder of Squirrel, a financial wellbeing platform that helps employees regain control of their finances and achieve financial peace of mind. He recently accompanied Mayor of London, Boris Johnson, on a mission to Boston and New York to showcase London entrepreneurship. He also gave the pitch that won Squirrel the WIRED 2014 Startup Pitch competition.

Mutaz will be discussing how financial wellbeing is your secret weapon to driving engagement.

Jamie True
CEO and Founder, WorkAngel

As an impressive serial tech entrepreneur, Jamie started his first company at 17 and has successfully launched, floated and invested in a number of companies including: WorkAngel, Grapple Mobile (Europe’s fastest growing mobile agency, recently acquired by Monitise PLC), InterClubNet PLC, ONSPEED, 1Spatial PLC, Inzpire and InAuth.

He is currently CEO at WorkAngel, a platform that unites your employee culture through innovative rewards, social recognition and powerful communication and intranet capability.

At the Forum Jamie will be discussing the DNA of impact entrepreneurs and how they create the fastest growing digital businesses of this decade.

Simon Andrew
Head of Engagement, Benefex

After guests have enjoyed a rooftop lunch, Simon Andrew will take to the stage to discuss his specialist subject; communications. At Benefex Simon’s role sees him head up our Engagement team, however he would argue that his biggest achievements are in fact a) riding an ostrich and b) eating two sharing bags of Minstrels as a child. However, we should not overlook the 100+ campaigns he has delivered for our clients or the fact that he volunteered in a village in Ghana.

On the day Simon will be taking a thought-provoking look at some best practice communication principles.
