Peter Waller - Chairman
Peter has overall responsibility for the Board performance and works closely with the CEO to deliver the Company's strategy. He is the interface with all investors and key partners in delivering Benefex's strategic plan as well as having responsibility for all Sales Activity. As Benefex's Chairman, Peter is particularly focused on ensuring that the business maintains its high level of customer service to its clients while still delivering innovation to the market.
Peter's career spans over 25 successful years in Sales and General Management in the Technology/Telecoms/Call Centre and HR sectors. He has worked in Senior Management roles for large multi- nationals including IBM ICL, Bell Atlantic and Groupe Bull and latterly for several start ups.

Matt Waller - Chief Executive Officer
As Benefex's founder and CEO, Matt has overall responsibility for the business strategy and its deployment. Having been in the employee benefits market for over 10 years Matt has played a key role in Benefex since its inception, having gained extensive experience of delivering Reward and Benefits schemes across the UK, Europe and Globally. His vision is for Benefex to be number one within its chosen markets ensuring that the business continues to deliver the right solutions for clients, on time, every time.
Matt is a frequent commentator on the benefits market and has written many white papers and articles. He is a regular at industry events and seminars discussing trends and advancements in Reward and Benefits.

Cathy Aldwinckle - Strategy Director
Cathy joined Benefex in late 2011 as Strategy Director to assist in the development and execution of the Benefex business strategy. Cathy spent six years in the role of Group Reward Director at Centrica prior to her appointment at Benefex. Other previous roles include Group Head of Compensation and Benefits at FTSE 100 firm BG Group plc; her early career was spent in reward consultancy at Towers Watson and William M Mercer with two years spent in Australia as Head of Reward for Getronics, a global IT services company.
Cathy brings a wealth of experience and expertise in developing and executing effective reward strategies, alongside a passion for reward communication, education and training. Cathy is currently a member of the CIPD VP Reward Panel.

Giles Elliott - Chief Financial Officer
Giles joined Benefex in early 2011 and is responsible for optimising the overall financial performance of the business. Giles qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG and has since worked in a number of blue chip businesses including Whitbread and Lloyds Bank.
Giles also has a wide and strong track record of working as FD in several high growth organisations where he has generated increased enterprise value and improved business performance. These organisations include; Glass's Guide, HPI, Musto clothing and Plum Baby food.

Peter Garriock - Chief Technology Officer
Peter is responsible for Benefex's delivery of software and systems infrastructure.
In his role as Chief Technology Officer, Peter utilises his experience in designing and building powerful systems to create new and sophisticated IT platforms, which are based on best-in-class technology. He is passionate about the benefits that effective technology can bring and enjoys the challenges presented by the diverse client projects at Benefex.Having spent his entire career in IT, working for vendors such as IBM, Fujitsu ICL, Bull and Cap Gemini, plus over 10 years as an IT Director with end-user organisations; Peter has a wealth of knowledge and experience in what is required to make IT systems successful. Throughout his career Peter has gained industry wide experience, covering airlines, finance, broadcasting, facilities management, retail and e-commerce.

Graham Lipscomb - Chief Operating Officer
Graham is responsible for the operational running of the business and manages the Consulting, Systems and Data, Communication, Administration and Helpdesk business divisions.
Graham leads our strategic client delivery to ensure we continue to deliver the best service and the highest quality – something our clients have come to expect of Benefex. He is a qualified project manager and programmer.
Having joined Benefex in 2005 Graham's career history includes positions within the HR industry where he has assisted global brands to deliver their reward and benefit strategies, HR outsourcing and payroll. His positions have included Solutions Architect at Accenture HR Services and Business Analyst at RebusHR.

Matt West - Sales and Marketing Director
Matt is responsible for the go to market activity within Benefex; as the Sales and Marketing Director Matt is driving the sales growth within the business, furthermore taking responsibility for all of the Marketing and PR activities.
Matt's career history has seen him previously work within the digital multimedia marketplace and he will be using that experience in digital technology, customer engagement, and international expertise within Benefex. Matt has worked in large multinationals, namely Alcatel-lucent and NTL broadcast through to small and mid-sized entrepreneurial companies. Client experience includes the brands Adidas and Diageo along with companies such as Vodafone, Sony and the BBC.
Matt has been a significant contributor to the digital industry sitting on the board of several industry forums and bodies, often involved in speaking at events throughout the world. With this experience he hopes to achieve the same level of engagement and contribution within the reward and benefit market now that he has joined Benefex.

Peter Smith - Managing Director, Benefex Financial Solutions
Peter joined Benefex in 2007 and is responsible for the consulting and delivery of regulated benefit products to all our clients. A qualified Independent Financial Adviser, Peter has a wide range of experience in the personal finance and employee benefits market, from strategic design to benefit construction. He has experience and expertise in the pension market place as well as all areas of risk and health benefits; he is widely quoted and has practical experience of the Flexible Benefits market over the last 9 years.
Peter has previously worked for several leading online benefit companies, where he played a significant role in the development of their benefit systems. Peter has great depth of knowledge and experience that enables him to drive through cost effective and highly focused benefit solutions.

Helen Down - PR and Marketing Manager
Since 2007 Helen has managed the team responsible for all of The Benefex Group's internal and external communication, marketing and relationship building activities. Helen previously worked in agency PR before undertaking an in-house position at Benefex. She has a degree in Public Relations and Communication and is a member of the CIPR.
