In looking to design and implement a benefit scheme which is a perfect ‘fit’ for our clients the first stage is to perform a review of current and potential new benefits. We then create a scheme design and ‘rules’ that encapsulate what our clients are seeking to achieve.
As part of the scheme design we gather data from our client’s workforce in order to ensure we make recommendations that will match the needs of their employees. Once the benefit mix has been agreed Benefex will create and document the scheme and set up contracts with providers. The scheme design will also include the communication techniques we will use to inform employees of your benefit strategy.
Detailed assessments will be made of operational readiness, integration, internal systems, administration, processes and many other key details which will need to be documented to guarantee that when the scheme is launched it will provide a positive employee experience, with minimal administration and maximum positive impact.
