Benefex worked with the AA to migrate their existing Flex scheme, refresh the benefit offering, move the scheme online and take away any administration burden.
As a business The AA has always aimed to ensure that the benefits provided to its employees reflected their desire to attract and retain the best talent for their organisation.
However, many of the benefits on offer had not been reviewed since The AA became an independent company and therefore, as a stand-alone business, the HR teams were keen to further develop the scheme.
Take up rates around the existing benefits had been poor and so The AA wanted to improve the overall benefits package, raise employee perception and truly engage employees by providing benefits that catered to their needs.
