Interserve, like many organisations in the building and construction industry, has felt the pressure of talent shortages in the wake of the 2012 Olympics and housing shortages in the UK. As a result Interserve felt that they needed to improve their benefits offering in order to attract and retain hard working and talented employees.
Interserve also has a great wealth of existing talent in their female project managers who were not greatly rewarded by the existing scheme, particularly with regards to their return to work policy, maternity and childcare benefits.
