Benefex designed a flexible benefit strategy with E.ON complete with a full communications campaign.

Engaging with employees and achieving high take up rates for Flex is traditionally a challenge for E.ON because of the nature and structure of their business units. Because there is an extremely diverse population, employees need to be communicated with in many different ways to ensure they understand the benefits on offer and feel motivated to make a selection.

So E.ON selected Benefex as their partner to achieve the following objectives:

  • Re-launch and communicate the scheme to refresh employee interest in benefits
  • Introduce new benefits and encourage their take-up, especially within employee groups with lower take-up
  • Increase awareness and take up of the Flex scheme, particularly in hard to reach groups within
