Flexible Benefits Consultants (Senior and Junior)
Employee Benefits / Total Reward Statements / Voluntary and Flexible benefits along with business analysis / software skills required for an exciting role in a successful, fast growing, award winning employee benefits consultancy.

This is a varied role managing a portfolio of clients to help them design the best flexible benefits scheme to suit their business needs. Your role will require you to put this into practise by organising the administration processes and automating these where possible. You may or may not be regulated. The ideal candidate will be from a senior internal compensation and benefits background, or from a flexible benefits consultancy or similar.

You will have:
- familiarity with flexible benefits schemes, the concepts and how they work
- good client facing skills, able to hold meetings and workshops with clients to understand the objectives of their compensation and rewards strategy
- ability to recommend flexible benefits scheme design and oversee its implementation
- good skills in business analysis / process documentation in order to document how the scheme can be implemented and automated
- software skills, able to design how software technology can be used to automate flexible benefits administration
- ability to communicate requirements to software implementation consultants to deliver

Flexible Benefits Project Manager
An exciting role in a successful, fast growing, award winning employee benefits consultancy. Your role would include:
- To define and agree commercially viable project objectives, scope and deliverables in accordance with procedures, budget targets and aligned with obligations in contracts
- Prepare and maintain project initiation documents, detailed project plans and issues, risk and change logs
- Responsible for agreeing prioritisation and key success factors, against which delivery will be managed, with key stakeholders
- Produce and maintain resource scheduling forecasts
- Ensure that all projects are managed commercially and adequately resourced and resourcing conflicts are managed to meet expectations and maximise revenue
- Adhere to formal project reporting and communication standards
- Manage the project team and interface with the client's team
- Manage the change control authorisation process and ensure that appropriate authorisation is gained for proposed changes
- Ensure that project resources are appropriately booked to the correct cost centre for billing
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards
- Conduct and document appropriate project handover, closedown and review activities

Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Essential:
- Experience of managing external client facing projects, preferably in a consultancy or software vendor environment
- Track record of delivering to time, budget, scope, client expectations and commercial terms working with a mixed client and in-house team
- Experience of delivering implementation projects with a large software/technology component as part of a business change programme
- Strong leadership skills
- Resilience to cope with the pressure of an enterprise wide implementation with a lifecycle of 6-12 months

Advantageous:
- Experience of implementing high value packaged software solutions
- Previous project management experience in financial services, public sector, corporate sector, software systems or consultancy organisation

Systems Analyst (Senior and Junior)
Exciting opportunities in a successful and fast growing, award winning employee benefits consultancy for Systems Analysts / Trainee Systems Analysts to work on the implementation and support of the systems we create for our clients.

Specifically this role includes designing and then configuring systems and reports from specifications, data analysis, creation and execution of test scripts and problem solving. Additionally, converting data from old systems to new (by writing specific validation and conversion routines, is a key part of the role.

Skills and Experience:

The successful candidates will be dynamic individuals looking to create / advance their career in a data analyst / system configuration role. They will add value to the process by taking an active part in the team and looking to continuously improve the working practices and capabilities of themselves and the team as a whole.
No specific skills are required as full training is given. However, knowledge of products such as SQL, Microsoft Excel and Access would be useful.

Sales/Telemarketing Consultants (Experienced and Graduate)
Duties will involve making outbound sales calls to high level Reward & Benefit Specialists, HR Directors and other individuals at a senior level within their organisations. You will be responsible for generating qualified meetings, maintaining relevant information ensuring client confidentiality at all times.

Progression opportunities available within the business dependent upon experience.

Sales/Telemarketing Consultant: £16k-£18K Basic + Commission
• Minimum one year’s Business to Business outbound call experience
• Proven track record of building client relationships & lead generation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport at all levels
• Computer Literate with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Salesforce (or similar CRM)
• Experience of working within employee benefits is desirable, although not essential

Graduate – Trainee Telemarketing/Sales Consultant: £14K-£16K Basic + Commission
• Graduate from a Business, Sales or Marketing discipline
• Motivated and Driven with a willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport at all levels
• Computer Literate with Microsoft Word & Outlook as a minimum
• Looking to build a career in sales through a structured graduate training program over a minimum 3 year period
